The Residences at Yarmouth Gardens, owned by CCD Yarmouth Gardens LLC, offer 40 units of affordable rental housing in a transportation-friendly location on Cape Cod, MA. Situated on the main commercial thoroughfare in Yarmouth and a bus line, the site offers convenient access to jobs, shopping, services and connections to the transportation hub in Hyannis
Yarmouth Gardens | East Facade, Building 1
The project entailed the demolition of an old, underperforming motel. Yarmouth demonstrated its commitment to affordable housing by obtaining an option to buy the site and by the $1.35 million in Town funds provided to the project. Construction reached substantial completion in March 2022 and full occupancy was attained in September.
Westminster Senior Residences | Front View
The Westminster Senior Residences provide 50 units of affordable housing for older adults in an attractive building adjacent to the Town's Senior Center. The design and services offered are carefully tailored to promote the health and well-being of the residents.
