Situated on the main commercial thoroughfare in Yarmouth and a bus line, the site offers convenient access to jobs, shopping, services and connections to the transportation hub in Hyannis.

The project entailed the demolition of an old, underperforming motel. Yarmouth demonstrated its commitment to affordable housing by obtaining an option to buy the site and by the $1.35 million in Town funds provided to the project. Construction reached substantial completion in March 2022 and full occupancy was attained in September.
